Diane Dunn, PT, DPT
Diane has been practicing as a physical therapist in the Richmond area for the past 10 years. After earning an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in 2004, she completed a Doctorate in Physical therapy from Old Dominion University in 2007.
She boasts a passion for the rehabilitation of athletes of all ages and experience focusing on determining the ‘driver’ for the functional impairments of her patient’s symptoms. She emphasizes the quality of movement patterns to maximize success for the return to sport/activity and understands individualized contributing factors to rehabilitation. She has great experience with manual therapy as well as video gait analysis for runners. She also holds experience and interest in treating adolescent dancers.
In addition to being a prior standout as an intercollegiate NCAA division I soccer player, she is an avid runner and a 2014, 2017, and 2018 Boston Marathon Qualifier. She enjoys the outdoors and staying active in the community with her husband and 2 daughters.
