I am so proud of myself for the progress I have made, but I couldn’t have done it without Corey.
The below is a testimonial from a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital who became of client of Corey Anderson.
“Back in December, I was about a month into planning my fast-track wedding planning, when I knew I wanted to make some physical changes before I walked down the aisle. I read about the Bon Secours Sports Performance and fitness program online, and called to give it a try.
When I first met with Corey, I was nervous and apprehensive about starting a new program. I have always belonged to a gym, but I tend to make excuses like, “I’m tired because I just worked 12 hours”. We started out with weighing in and taking my measurements, then he quickly formulated a plan for me based on my goals. We joked that I didn’t make it easy for him only giving him five weeks of time before my big day.
Yesterday was my last training session before my wedding, and I can’t compliment Corey enough. He is organized, thorough, and always keeps me on my toes. He helps me set and attain goals I didn’t believe I could achieve. He keeps me laughing, even on the hardest days. He keeps me accountable, when it comes to my “homework” or the number of reps I have completed. I am so proud of myself for the progress I have made, but I couldn’t have done it without Corey. He is truly a talent and I feel so fortunate to have been a part of this program.
In nursing, patients and families are able to nominate nurses for the “Daisy award”. If there was an equivalent in Sports Performance, Corey would be the most deserving!”
