Conveniently located at the corner of Leigh Street and DMV Drive (behind the Science Museum), our newest site offers a variety of programs in our state-of-the-art facility. Optimize your athletic potential with our highly educated staff, personalized programs, and world-class facilities with state-of-the-art equipment.
We specialize in speed and agility training, combine-specific training, strength and power development, energy system development, functional movement screening, injury prevention, corrective exercise, and athletic performance. Each program is specifically tailored to the athlete’s individual goals.
Hours
Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Convenient before and after work or school appointments available.

- Body Fat Analysis
- Seven-point Functional Movement Screen to identify neuromuscular deficiencies
- Injury prevention and corrective exercise strategies
- Video analysis using Dartfish technology
- VO2 Max metabolic testing
- Run gait analysis
- Access to on-site physical therapists and sports medicine physicians
