Jamie Messer, MS, VATL, ATC, PES
Jamie has been a Certified Athletic Trainer with Bon Secours since 2007, and is presently responsible for the student-athletes at his alma mater, J.R. Tucker High School. In addition to being nationally certified by the NATA, Jamie is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine. Throughout his career, he has worked with NCAA Division I programs, the Arena Football League 2, as well as with Minor League Baseball franchises.
Jamie is a Richmond native who earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Master’s of Science from the California University of Pennsylvania. Jamie and his wife Sarah have two children, Emma (6) and Cole (2).
