Sara Creger, PT, DPT, CMTPT
Sara graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2011 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Prior to Physical Therapy school, she obtained her Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Spanish from Virginia Tech.
Sara is certified in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars. She strongly believes in the science behind dry needling, and is thrilled about the results that she has been able to get with her patients using this tool.
On the weekends, she’s happiest near the water – either visiting Smith Mountain Lake or Charleston, South Carolina.
“I am a huge proponent of teaching throughout the rehabilitation process. I want the patient to understand the nature of their pain or injury. It’s important to me that they comprehend how their treatment will help them reach their goals. I like to encourage people to make lifestyle changes, not only to prevent their problem from returning, but also to improve overall health and quality of life.”
